Payment Policy

Your credit card is required for payment and cancellation policy guarantee only. No deduction will be made from your credit card prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

A cancellation penalty of one night's accommodation applies if the reservation is cancelled within 72 hours of arrival or in the case of non arrival.  If however you have to cancel because you are ill or there are restrictions due to Covid no charges will be applied.

Child Policy

Children are welcome by arrangement. Please contact us to discuss at time of booking.

Check in Policy

We are flexible about guests’ arrival time and happy to have early arrivals. However, if you plan to arrive before 2 pm, we would appreciate it if you phone (06 834 2090 or free phone 0800 426 233), email ( info@cobden.co.nz ) or text (027 6951240) ahead to advise us so we are organised to welcome you.

Disability Access

As the house and rooms are entered via steps and stairs we unfortunately cannot accommodate those who cannot climb stairs.  We do assist with your luggage.
