The Ahuriri Room located on the first floor, has views to Napier's Westshore Beach, Ahuriri Lagoon and the distant mountains. Facing west it catches the afternoon sun and sunsets.

The spacious Garden Room is on the ground floor of Cobden Garden Homestay. The Garden Room catches the morning sun and is cool and relaxing on a hot sunny afternoon.

It has a super king bed and comfortable lounge furniture, tea and coffee making facilities.

The attached ensuite bathroom has a large claw footed bath with a shower over, wash basin and wc.

Named after the sprawling Titoki tree viewed from the window, this room is very sunny with a king bed. A single bed can be moved in to accommodate an extra person.

Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and the bathroom is a new ensuite bathroom with shower, wc and double basins.
